Ref. 134

Newly built Sardinian hamlet on the outskirts of the Costa Smeralda

The property consists of eight hectares of parkland of dense Mediterranean macchia and lovely wind-sculptured rocks, a central piazza, bordered by shops, apartments and a small exclusive 10 bedroom hotel, with conference room and a large underground parking.

There are seven grand villas, with large gardens and each with its own private swimming-pool; there is a beauty-farm/ fitness centre and two restaurants and a reception office at the entrance to the village. There is a total of around 8000 square metres of construction.
The architecture, designed by Riccardo Bonicatti of Costa Smeralda fame (Pevero Golf Club), is inspired by the traditional Sardinian style of the old farmhouses in granite stone (stazzi), so it blends into the landscape seeming to have always been there.

The sellers also own a large piece of adjoining land, should more be required for this project.

A further 25 hectares of adjoining land are also available for sale, should an investor be interested in a larger project which could include a golf course.
